Hanging tags hide a special little message or picture underneath. I can also incorporate a small gift into the design. The examples shown have a hair scrunchie attached to the card as a fairy, A Guardian Angel necklace attached as an embellishment. And a tag of a baby snowman hiding his Daddy to complete the family.
