My products are personalised
and made to order so I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless you find a
product to be faulty.
Mistakes can happen very
easily, such as incorrect spellings, so it is important that you supply me with
clear instructions on what you require. However, if you are unhappy with your
order in any way, please contact me without delay and I will make every effort
to replace the item or provide a suitable alternative.
Tangible products may attract
a shipping charge depending on the size of your order and where it is being
shipped to. Please contact me for further information.
Please allow 30 days for
delivery of your items. If you need an item urgently, please email me to see
whether this will be possible and make it clear on your original order.
My digital products are
available for instant download once you have completed your Paypal payment.
There is no shipping charge for digital products.
If you accidentally make a
double purchase, please provide me with the invoice numbers of both your
purchases and in this case, I will be happy to refund for the duplicate item on
the second order if you have not yet downloaded the product. If you have, or if
it was placed more than 30 days ago, I will provide a GC to cover the duplicate
purchase.
